DesignDockHub is India’s leading online marketplace for ready-to-use CDR + PSD design files for designers and printing professionals. We connect buyers with quality design files and provide contributing designers a platform to earn commission by uploading their work.

Use of Our Website

By using DesignDockHub you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You will not use our platform for any unlawful purpose
  • You will not attempt to copy, redistribute or resell any downloaded files
  • You will not upload any files that violate copyright or intellectual property rights
  • You will not attempt to hack, damage or disrupt our platform in any way

Purchases & Downloads

When you purchase a design file on DesignDockHub:

  • All sales are final for digital downloadable products
  • Download links are provided instantly after successful payment
  • Downloads are for personal and commercial use only
  • Files cannot be resold, redistributed or shared with third parties
  • Each purchase is licensed to one buyer only

Intellectual Property

  • All design files on DesignDockHub are owned by their respective designers
  • Buyers are granted a single user license upon purchase
  • Buyers may edit and print files for their own business use
  • Buyers may not resell or redistribute files in original or modified form
  • DesignDockHub retains the right to remove any file that violates copyright

Contributor & Designer Terms

If you register as a contributing designer on DesignDockHub:

  • You confirm that all uploaded files are your original work
  • You grant DesignDockHub the right to sell and distribute your files
  • You will receive 70% commission on every sale of your design
  • DesignDockHub retains 30% as a platform fee
  • All uploads are subject to admin review and approval
  • DesignDockHub reserves the right to reject any file without explanation
  • You are responsible for ensuring your files are print ready and as described

Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees INR
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and UPI
  • DesignDockHub does not store any card or UPI payment details
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • GST and applicable taxes may be added at checkout

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DesignDockHub:

  • Uploading copyrighted files without permission
  • Creating fake accounts or reviews
  • Attempting to bypass the payment system
  • Sharing purchased download links with others
  • Using our platform to distribute malicious files
  • Reverse engineering or copying our website design

Account Termination

DesignDockHub reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any account without prior notice
  • Remove any uploaded file that violates our policies
  • Withhold earnings if fraudulent activity is detected
  • Take legal action for serious violations of these terms

Disclaimer

  • DesignDockHub provides design files as is without any warranty
  • We do not guarantee that files will meet every specific requirement
  • We are not responsible for any printing errors after file download
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by use of our files

Limitation of Liability

DesignDockHub shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss from use of our platform
  • Loss of data or files after download
  • Any third party claims related to purchased files
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Changes to Terms

DesignDockHub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify registered users of any major changes via email.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
