Digital Delivery

When you purchase a design file on DesignDockHub:

  • Your files are delivered instantly after successful payment
  • A download link will be sent to your registered email address
  • You can also access your files from your buyer dashboard
  • No waiting time — download and start editing immediately
  • Files are delivered in ZIP format containing CDR + PSD files

Download Access

  • Download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase
  • You are allowed a maximum of 3 downloads per purchase
  • If your download link expires please contact us for assistance
  • Files can be accessed anytime from your buyer dashboard

File Formats Delivered

Every purchase on DesignDockHub includes:

  • CDR file — Compatible with CorelDraw
  • PSD file — Compatible with Adobe Photoshop
  • High resolution print ready files
  • CMYK color mode files
  • Additional files as mentioned on the product page

System Requirements

To open and edit your downloaded files you will need:

  • CorelDraw X7 or above for CDR files
  • Adobe Photoshop CS6 or above for PSD files
  • Minimum 4GB RAM for smooth editing
  • Sufficient storage space for downloaded files

Download Issues

If you face any issues with your download:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder for the download link
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable before downloading
  • Try downloading from your buyer dashboard instead
  • Clear your browser cache and try again
  • Contact our support team if the issue persists

No Physical Shipping

As all our products are digital:

  • We do not offer physical shipping of any kind
  • No courier or delivery charges are applicable
  • No waiting time for delivery
  • No risk of damaged or lost shipments
  • Available to buyers across India and worldwide instantly

International Buyers
